Responsibilities
You actively contribute to the recruitment and hiring of seasonal workers for our sorting and packing facility.
You handle the administration related to picking and work cards.
You process time registrations and ensure the correct management of personnel data.
You welcome visitors, guide them through the organization, and take care of the necessary registrations.
You answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate colleagues.
You manage the general mailbox and forward messages correctly.
You assist with handling incoming mail and managing orders.
You supervise our cleaning team (without being required to clean yourself).
You report to the Administrative Manager, who also supports you daily in your range of tasks.
Profile
You speak English. Knowledge of Dutch, Romanian, or other languages is a plus.
You are strong in administration and very punctual.
You enjoy communicating with different people and in different languages.
You can work with Outlook and Excel. You will also use SD Worx Payroll and Hortimax, but we are happy to train you for this.
