As a Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for further expanding our international market position. You manage existing accounts and actively develop new markets and customer relationships.
What will you do?
Expand international customer relationships and market share, with a focus on Central Eastern Europe.
Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms.
Identify market developments and opportunities.
Collaborate intensively with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations.
Implement promotional strategies in collaboration with Marketing.
Represent Den Berk Délice at (international) trade fairs and events.
At least 5 years of sales experience in Retail (Food).
Proven international work experience.
A relevant network within the sector is a strong asset.
Affinity with food, vegetables, and greenhouse horticulture.
Commercial, results-oriented, and proactive.
Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30–40%).
Excellent command of Dutch and English; other languages (e.g., German, French, or Spanish) are a plus.
Bachelor's/Master's level thinking.
Strong communication skills.
Team player with people management qualities.
